This distinctive wine from Alto Adige embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25-year-old vines on morainic soils and porphyry stone. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration of three weeks. The wine is aged 15 months in oak barrels of 500 liters (50% new and 50% used). A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
