The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25-year-old vines on morainic soils and porphyry stone. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration of three weeks. The wine is aged 15 months in oak barrels of 500 liters (50% new and 50% used). A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
