Produced in Trentino, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 10.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Moscato 60%, Sauvignon 20%, Riesling 10%, Chardonnay 5%, Gewürztraminer 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Masetto, Coveli and Kinderleit vineyards from well-ripened grapes. Vinification: the bunches harvested are left to dry for 4 months in crates in cool and ventilated rooms. It follows the alcoholic fermentation in small oak barrels at low temperature for about 3 months. The wine is aged 3 months in small oak barrels.
