A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Lison Pramaggiore DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Merlot 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 400-500 meters above sea level from 43-year-old vines on the south-east side of Montalcino composed of sandy layers on the surface and clayey layers in depth. Vinification: maceration for 20 days and completed malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 12 months in wood barrels of 30 hl and 4 months in bottle. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
