'Orange One' Paraschos

Hailing from Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Friulano, Malvasia Istriana and Ribolla Gialla, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 30-40 years from different part of Gorizia and San Floriano del Collio on marnic and clay soil, called "ponka". Vinification: spontaneous fermentation for one month with indigenous yeasts with long maceration on the skins. Without added sulphites and without filtrations. The wine is aged 30 months in big Slavonian oak barrels. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
