Crafted from Pallagrello Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 1986 plant at 250 meters above sea level on clay soil with the presence of structure, use of green manure and spontaneous grassing. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous stainless steel yeasts, maceration on the skins for 8 days. The wine is aged 12 months in steel and chestnut barrels. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
