Crafted from Zibibbo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old sapling vines in a volcanic soil, rich in minerals at 350 meters above sea level. Organic cultivation. Vinification: drying of the grapes under the sun for 8-15 days on racks, pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats.
