This exceptional Abruzzo DOC showcases the authentic character of Abruzzo. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pecorino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 11 years old vines site on medium soils at 350 meters above sea level. North/South facing. Yield per hectare to 80 quintals. Vinification: cryomaceration 14 hours, pressing, static decantation, cold fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the generous, approachable character typical of Abruzzo wines.
