This Abruzzo DOC captures the distinctive personality of Abruzzo terroir. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pecorino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: soft pressing, cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged few months in bottle. A wine reflecting Abruzzo's rugged terrain between mountains and the Adriatic.
