This exceptional Abruzzo DOC showcases the authentic character of Abruzzo. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Pecorino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Loreto Aprutino on calcareous and clayey soils at 290 metres above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks and in barrels with indigenous yeasts. Unfiltered and unclarified. The wine is aged 9-12 months between tonneau, casks and concrete tanks. A wine reflecting Abruzzo's rugged terrain between mountains and the Adriatic.
