Crafted from Pecorino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in places Cona, Fontone and Macerone at an altitude of 380 m. above sea level. Vinification: at the end of fermentation, in contact with the lees in stainless steel. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks and at least 3 in bottle.
