Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Roero DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Arneis 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Santo Stefano Roero, from a 60 years old's single vineyard at 320 metres above sea level on sandy soils with smalls percentages of clay. Vinification: fermentation alcoholic with only indigenous yeasts in tonneux with 7 days of skins maceration and malolactic fermentation spontaneous. Unfiltered and unclarified. The wine is aged 12 months in tonneaux and after a long time in bottle. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
