Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Roero DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards a 280 m. above sea level, facing South, on rich sand and silt. Vinification: 6-8 days of maceration and fermentation in barrels. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique for 50% of the first pass, then aged in steel. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
