A fine example of Campania winemaking, this Campi Flegrei DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Piedirosso 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in a sandy volcanic soil, faced to South-West. Vinification: fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged at least 3 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
