Crafted from Chardonnay 80%, Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards breeding on predominantly skeletal and mainly sandy soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with addition of selected yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks.
