'Pietrobianco' Daniele Portinari

Produced in Veneto, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 10% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 70%, Friulano 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 30 years old on clay-limestone soil. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in steel with indigenous yeast. No filtrations. The wine is aged few months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
