Crafted from Pigato 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on eocene hilly terrain, composed of marl and sandstone, at an altitude between 80-200 meters. Vinification: fermentation took place in stainless steel in contact with the skins for 3 days. The wine is aged 12 months in steel and 12 months in bottle. A wine showing the maritime freshness typical of Ligurian whites.
