Crafted from Pigato 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel, short maceration on the skins and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine showing the maritime freshness typical of Ligurian whites.
