This Isonzo DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines that are olden than 20 rooted in a red soil rich in clay, iron and aluminum. Vinification: destimming and pressing, cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation for 18 months in steel vats. The wine is aged 9 months on the lees in small oak barrels and 10 in bottle. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
