Produced in Trentino, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at Campo Rotaliano, on alluvial soils with sand and gravel dolomite. Vinification: delicate destemming without pressing, slow spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins in Spanish terracvotta jars called ‘tinajas’ for about 8 months. The wine is aged some months in terracotta jars. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
