The fruit is sourced from vineyards at Campo Rotaliano, on alluvial soils with sand and gravel dolomite. Vinification: delicate destemming without pressing, slow spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins in Spanish terracvotta jars called ‘tinajas’ for about 8 months. The wine is aged some months in terracotta jars. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
