Pinot Nero Riserva 'Aton' Elena Walch

This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards planted between 400 and 600 meters above sea level on mainly clay and limestone soils with marly residues. Vinification: temperature-controlled fermentation in small steel tanks. The wine is aged 12 months in medium toasted French oak barrels followed by 11 months in steel. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
