Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines selected on the hill Santa Caterina in Sarzana, cultivated on limestone soils with Guyot method. Organic agriculture. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation of 8-10 days with small contact with the skins. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the dramatic terraced vineyards along the Ligurian coast.
