Primitivo del Salento Rosato Notte Rossa

Produced in Puglia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Primitivo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the heart of Salento at about 100 meters above sea level on arid and rich red earth soils. Vinification: partial racking of Primitivo grape must after maceration of a few hours, subsequent fermentation in white. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the rustic charm of Puglia's ancient vineyards.
