A fine example of Puglia winemaking, this Gioia del Colle DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 16.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Primitivo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards acquaviva delle Fonti - Montevella. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and maceration for 4 weeks in steel tanks. The wine is aged 24 months in steel tanks and at least 12 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Puglia's tradition of generous, full-bodied reds.
The region's Mediterranean climate favours bold reds from Primitivo and Negroamaro.
