The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a calcareous soil faced to east and sud-east from Premariacco, Cividale and Prepotto hills. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, cold settling, fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation according to tthe Charmat or Martinotti Method.
