Tasting Notes

This prestigious Prosecco di Valdobbiadene-Conegliano DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. At 11.5% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Glera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on the steep hills of Collalto at 200-300 meters above sea level with exposure to the east and south-east on land of moraine origin with a high concentration of calcium carbonate with "doppio capovolto" system. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and refermentation in an autoclave according to the Charmat / Martinotti method. The wine is aged 5 months in autoclave. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
