This Prosecco Rosé DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 11% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Glera 90%, Pinot Noir 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from San Castrese estate on volcanic soil with good amount of phosphorus and potassium. At 140 metres of altitude with Guyot system. Vinification: separated for the varieties: red vinification for Pinot Noir and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel for Glera. Refermentation in autoclave for 60 days according to the Charmat/Martinotti method. The wine is aged 3 months in steel. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
