Crafted from Glera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Refrontolo, in the locality of Mire, at 200-250 meters above sea level on moraine soils. Vinification: fermentation in steel and second fermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat / Martinotti method.
