Crafted from Glera 95%, Bianchetta and Perera 5% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on calcareous soils. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, re-fermentation in the bottle thanks to the addition of must from the same vintage.
