Crafted from Inzolia 25%, Carricante 25%, Catarratto 25%, Zibibbo 25% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a soil rich in clay and limestone at 200-250 m above sea level, faced to South-West, from Trapani area. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for about 20 days. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
