Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in terraced soil at 150 m above sea level faced to the sea. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks.
