Produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: partial drying of the grapes (20%) for 8 weeks and subsequent alcoholic fermentation with submerged cap maceration of 25 degrees. The wine is aged 18 months in oak barrels from Allier and Slavonia of 30 and 60 hectoliters. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
