Hailing from Sardinia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 300 mt asl, 45 years-old vines on calcareous soils. Vinification: de-stemming, fermentation and maceration for 3 to 10 days in cement tanks with natural yeasts. A wine capturing Sardinia's Mediterranean character and maritime influence.
