Produced in Lazio, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Malvasia di Candia, Trebbiano and Bombino, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 35 years old vines at 320 m above sea level in a volcani sandy mineral soil. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats, without filtrations and wihtou added sulphites during the bottling. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats. A wine showing the easy-drinking character typical of Lazio's classic whites.
