The fruit is sourced from vineyards ancient vines that rest on a ground composed of a mix of marl and sandstone that takes the name of Ponka. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins for 7 months. The wine is aged at least 12 months in amphora and assembly in steel. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
