Ribolla Gialla Dario Princic

This distinctive wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on marly soils and lands rich in sandstone. Yield per hectare to 40 quintals. Grown organically. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in open wooden tins, 20 days of maceration on the skins. Unfiltered. Very little added sulfur. The wine is aged 30 months in oak casks, 3 months in steel vats. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
