Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Capriva area from vines grown with bilateral Guyot method on hilly terrain composed of marls of ecocenic origin. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature for 10-12 days. The wine is aged in steel for 4 months and in bottle for 2 months. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
