This distinctive wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Grave Area at 90 metres above sea level on soils rich in marl, clay and silt. Organic and Biodynamic farming. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeast and 62 days of skin maceration, half in oak barrel and half in steel tanks. Bottled unfined. The wine is aged 9 months in oak barrels and concrete vats then 2 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
