Produced in Lombardy, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 400 metres above sea level with west esposition on clay, sandy and tuff soils with chalky substrate. Vinification: alcoholic spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts without control temperature in steel vats. The wine is aged 12 months in acacia barrels of 15 hl and 12 months of bottle. A wine representing Lombardy's sophisticated winemaking style with precision and elegance.
