This Langhe DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Riesling 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks for about 20 days at a temperature of 17-18°C. The wine is aged 6 months on the fine lees, 6 months in steel and 2 months in bottle. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
