Crafted from Riesling Renano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a hilly clayey and calcareous soil, faced to South East and South-West. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks.
