Riesling Paolo Saracco

A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Langhe DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Riesling 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in the municipality of Castiglione Tinella. Vinification: soft pressing, decantation and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 11 months in steel containers "sur lie" in contact with the fine lees. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
