Crafted from Arneis 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines located on predominantly limestone soils at 270-350 meters above sea level, with southwest exposure. Vinification: fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains in contact with the yeasts for a few months. The wine is aged several months in steel tanks.
