This exceptional Roma DOC showcases the authentic character of Lazio. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Montepulciano, Syrah e Cesanese, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in the various municipalities in the Doc Roma area in hilly areas influenced by sea winds, on soils of volcanic and sandy origin. Vinification: maceration and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by racking and soft pressing of the pomace. The wine is aged 12 months in wooden barrels. A wine showing the easy-drinking character typical of Lazio's classic whites.
