Rossese di Dolceacqua 'Beragna' Ka' Manciné

A fine example of Liguria winemaking, this Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Rossese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards terraces with dry wall at 300 metres above sea level with North-East esposition. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins in steel vats with a controlled temperature. The wine is aged a few months in steel vats. A wine capturing the coastal, saline character typical of Liguria's terraced vineyards.
