Hailing from Lazio, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nero Buono 60%, Montepulciano 30%, Cesanese 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in volcanic soils between 250 and 350 metres above sea level, faced to South-West. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with maceration for 15 days. The wine is aged 12 months in big oak barrels and in barriques. A wine reflecting the volcanic soils and warm climate surrounding Rome.
