A fine example of Marche winemaking, this Rosso Piceno DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Montepulciano 70%, Sangiovese 30% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards from Offida, Ascoli Piceno and Castel di Lama that rest on clayey soil with limestone component. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in 100 hl wood fermenters with maceration of over 4 weeks. The wine is aged 16 months in new barrique. A wine showing the freshness typical of Marche's coastal vineyards.
