Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 350 metres above sea level on sandy soils. Vinification: soft pressing, static decantation, alcoholic fermentation with control temperature and partial malolactic fermentantion in steel tanks. The wine is aged 12 months in old barrique, then 12 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
