The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines that are on average 70 years old from 4 villages in Maconnais: Solutré-Pouilly, Fuissé, Vergisson e Chaintré, faced to South and South-East. Vinification: pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 12 months in steel, 12 in barrels and as many in the bottle.
