Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère, Merlot, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-50 years old vines in a hilly soil. Yield of 50-60 q.li/ha. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation with natural yeasts and fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method.
