Hailing from Trentino, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère, Merlot, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-50 years old vines in a hilly soil. Yield of 50-60 q.li/ha. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation with natural yeasts and fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine is aged at least 3 months in concrete vats, then 18-24 months in barriques and at least 12 months in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
